Every order goes through a 3-stage quality control system: Pre-Production Meeting, Inline Inspection, and Final Inspection. No shortcuts.
Our Quality System
Three stages. Each one is a gate the order has to pass before it moves on.
Before production starts, we hold a pre-production meeting for every confirmed order. The key quality requirements are set out in writing and sent to the factory to confirm — so the line understands your standard from the first stitch, not after the first batch is finished.
Inspection during production, not only at the end. For a new style or a new supplier this stage matters more than final inspection — problems are found and corrected while the order is still running, which avoids delivery delays and rework cost.
Once bulk is complete, sampling inspection to AQL standard — Critical defects are zero tolerance, Major and Minor defects are judged against the standard. Only goods that pass are packed and shipped. Third-party inspection is available on request (SGS and similar).
Beyond Inspection
Quality is not inspected into a garment — it is managed into it through process. Inspection catches problems; the process is what stops them happening.
Materials and trims are checked before cutting, so a faulty batch never enters the production line.
The order is sampled while it runs, not only when it is finished.
For any product that has had an issue before, we add inspection beyond the standard sampling plan until the process is proven again.
When something does go wrong, we do not stop at an apology and a credit. We run a root-cause analysis and change the standard operating procedure, so the same failure cannot repeat on the next order.
