What is the minimum order?
Minimums vary by product family: apparel from 25 pcs, teamwear from 15 sets, headwear and bags from 30 pcs, creative merchandise from 50 pcs. Private label development starts higher — confirmed per style.
Can I mix colours and sizes in one run?
Yes, most garments can be mixed by colour and size within one order. Mixed runs may affect the unit price because of setup — we confirm the effect in the quote.
Can you work from my own style?
Send a photo, a sketch, a sample or a screenshot. We do not require a tech pack to start — part of our job is turning a reference into a specification.
Which decoration methods can you do?
Screen print, DTG, embroidery, heat transfer, sublimation and woven patches, depending on the fabric and artwork. The suitable method is confirmed against the product.
How does sampling work?
A pre-production sample or high-resolution proof confirms feel, fit, print colour and hardware before bulk. The sampling route and timing depend on the item and are confirmed in the quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Orders ship consolidated or split across multiple addresses. Duties, taxes and local clearance sit with the importing party; we flag what we know and do not file on your behalf.
Can I reorder the same specification later?
Yes. Approved specs — fabric, Pantone references, decoration codes, placements and packaging — are archived so a reorder matches rather than restarts.
What happens after I send a brief?
We reply with the next useful question, not a sales pitch. Then you approve the scope and route before sampling or production starts.
