Step 01 — Tech Pack & Spec Lock
Specifications locked
We finalize fabric GSM, fit cuts, Pantone codes, and print technique placements. You receive a digital vector proof and a locked specification sheet before a single thread is cut.

Step 02 — Pre-Production Sampling & Physical Proofing
Physical confirmation
Physical pre-production samples (or digital high-res video proofs) are produced within 5–7 business days to confirm tactile feel, print color vibrancy, and hardware quality.

Step 03 — Batch Production & In-Line QC
Checked while running
Raw materials are inspect-checked before cutting. In-line and AQL 2.5 final inspections are conducted across apparel, headwear, and packaging to prevent batch-level defects.

Step 04 — Kitting, Custom Packaging & Global Delivery
Boxed and shipped
Individual items are bundled into custom polybags or mailer boxes, tagged with custom neck labels and hangtags, and shipped via consolidated air or sea freight directly to your store or distributed offices.
