How orders ship
The route is confirmed per project — the options below are what we plan around.
Consolidated to one address
The most common route. Production is packed as one shipment and delivered to a single warehouse, office or store address.
Split across multiple addresses
Items are labelled per recipient, team or branch and dispatched to multiple destinations — nothing has to be re-sorted on your side.
Air or sea freight
Air freight for date-critical programs; sea freight for larger volumes where the deadline allows. The choice is confirmed against your target date.
Duties and clearance
The sample fee comes back.
Import duties, taxes and local clearance sit with the importing party. We flag what we know — we do not file customs documents on your behalf.
Customs clearance
Handled by the importer or their broker. We supply the commercial documents the shipment needs.
Delivery timing
Transit windows are confirmed per project — seasonality, decoration complexity and destination all move them.
Returns
Order, receive, get credited.
Custom production is made against an approved specification, so returns work differently from retail.
Check against the approved spec
Report the issue with photos against the specification we both signed off.
We investigate
We compare the received goods with the approved spec, sample and inspection record.
Resolution
Where the goods do not match the approved specification, we agree a remedy — replacement or credit — per the project terms.
