The basics
How an order works
The terms below apply to quotes, samples and production unless a project-specific agreement says otherwise.
Quotes and specification
A quote is based on the specification agreed at the time. Material, decoration, quantity or deadline changes may change the price.
Samples and approval
Bulk production follows the approved sample or specification. Approval confirms colour, placement, size and packaging as signed off.
Artwork and rights
You confirm you hold the rights or authorization required for any artwork, logo or intellectual property you supply.
Production and tolerance
The sample fee comes back.
Custom manufacturing is not identical to digital mock-ups. Reasonable variation applies to colour and dimensions.
Dimensions
Finished measurements follow the approved specification within standard manufacturing tolerance.
Quantity
Custom runs are typically delivered within a small percentage of the ordered quantity, as confirmed in the quote.
Responsibility
Order, receive, get credited.
Motion
Coordinating production to the approved specification, inspecting before shipment, and supplying the commercial documents the shipment needs.
Buyer
Providing accurate artwork and quantities, confirming the sample or specification, holding rights for supplied IP, and clearing import duties and taxes in the destination country.
